JD Fuller is the newest member of the Lake & Companies team and serves in the role of Corporate Associate Director. JD brings a wealth of experience in strategic consulting, project management, and business operations, with a proven track record of driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams.
JD joins us from ActionCOACH Business Coaching, where he played a pivotal role in helping CEOs and business owners scale their companies. His expertise spans financial analysis, marketing operations, and CRM implementation, making him well-equipped to support the administrative, property management, and development efforts central to this role.
With a double major in Business Management and Entrepreneurship/Corporate Innovation from Baylor University, JD is passionate about delivering excellence in both strategy and execution. His leadership experience across volunteer and professional settings, including staff development and client engagement, aligns perfectly with our company's values and mission.
JD works closely with the executive team to support facility operations, financial oversight, and community engagement across our properties. Being the 4th generation of the Lake family, JD will be able to provide a unique liaison between the family and the community.
